Just i am trying to connect the SMA solar Grid-Tie Inverter with the Diesel generator. To Avoid the Reverse flow to the Genset is possible with Power control module. Using this PCM, Over the Digital Inputs we can limit output power in percentage. For this requirement, i am expecting one 3 Phase energy meter should measure the output of Diesel generator and send it to the base station connected to the power control module....
That base station, can do some analysis and should send the digital inputs to the power control module...suggest me the correct product and development to platform to complete this product as success one

I do not understand what you are trying to achieve. You are assuming that anyone reading your post knows a lot more about your system than you have told us.
Are you talking about using the diesel generator whilst connected to the grid? Why should you want to do that?
Or are you talking about using the inverter and the diesel generator to support a local load whilst off-grid?
Your immediate problem is the grid-tie inverter is designed to work only when it has a stable grid connection, and it is designed to shut down when that grid connection disappears. This is so that it does not feed into the grid when your part of the grid has been isolated so that linesmen can work on the system in safety. That is also the reason why you must completely isolate yourself from the grid before connecting the diesel generator to your load.
So as well as controlling the outputs of both the diesel generator and the inverter, you also need to convince the inverter that it is safe to operate.
If you want to use both the diesel and the inverter together off-grid, I can envisage massive problems and you need to get the manufacturer of the inverter and the manufacturer of the diesel generator talking to one another.
I do not know of anyone here with the specialist detailed knowledge of both pieces of equipment who can advise you.

Hi robert thanks for the immediate reply... In India Rural Places More Power shut downs are occurring due to short fall in between generation and consumption. Most of the Industry needs to run the diesel generator max hours. Due to High running cost and fuel cost for the diesel Generator, SMA introduced the device called Diesel Saver (It can synchronize Solar Pv Output t Diesel Generator). But, It Designed for utility scale projects.For Roof top Plants Like 20 KW or 30 KW system, system is not feasible and economics won't work out. In Europe, Utility companies are using Power Control Modules to control Inverters Grid Feeding. Same Modules already suggested by the Inverter Manufacturer to avoid reverse Feeding to the diesel Generator.
I am requiring the device to measure Three Phase Power and should send data Over Wifi to other controller(Base Station) which is connected to the Solar Inverter. Depends on the Power Value, I can reduce the solar Inverter Production to avoid reverse Feeding. It is safe for DG and Will reduce Fuel Consumption.
