USB Programmer: which way to connect

THe USB programmer adapter has a flat 6 pin connector.  Which way does this connect to the emonTX ?

The GND on the programmer goes to the USB end of the header on the EmonTx (obviously the ground when you look at the pcb on the non-component side).
