Reading analog water meter etc.

Hello,

I have been using emoncms for 2 years, but not registered in forum until now.

 

I found this project, and tought it would help someone. It's part of talologger logging soft.

It reads analog water/gas etc meter with webcam and image reconition.

A good find!

I have seen a similar idea for optically reading meters with a digital register, but not one for reading the dials.
