I need to check phase failure or phase difference in 3 phase line. So kindly advice to do this project. We don't want phase monitoring devices because we need to design our own circuit. Am new to this field please any one help me to do this.

I do not understand why you need to design something when you can buy a proven tested unit. Given that you do, the obvious way is to take the input from three ac-ac adapters, the voltage measuring circuit from Building Blocks or the emonTx and the voltage measuring code from emonLib as your starting point. When you have the three rms voltages as numbers, it should be easy to decide when you have a fault condition and take action.
