Electricity meters and PV/ Wind

I saw this link on another site and thought it may be of interest for those that have PV etc and wish to divert energy to immersions etc. It basically explains the problems with different meters and some of the ways they work.

I spotted that and posted the link this morning in the thread about my three phase problems, but admittedly, it's probably lost in that thread now.  I found it very helpful as it explains the set up I have very well.  Until about 18 months ago, I had three separate single phase meters on my three phase supply, but fortunately they were replaced with a modern three phase meter which I assume is treating imports and exports correctly.
