WANTED Wireless water metering and water preasure monitoring

I'm new here, but hope someone has what I'm looking for.
I'm working on a water dispensing system that has free standing water fountains. The system will require service and maintenance depending on water consumed and pressure of CO2 cartridges. This data should be relayed remotely by SMS (I believe) but not by internet. I'm looking for a producer/supplier of this hard and software.
