Hi all, this morning in my emoncms in this dashboard of my emoncms http://emoncms.org/pierantonio81/main2 I have completely wrong values with the Kwh scale and i don't know why.
The other values are ok, volts, watt.
Could you help me please?
Thanks in advance, bye!
Pierantonio
Re: Emoncms values
Hello Pierantonio, see here: http://openenergymonitor.org/emon/node/3072, I've reset today's values and fixed what was causing the problem.
Re: Emoncms values
Im still working on resetting yesterday's kwhd values
Re: Emoncms values
Yesterday's values are reset. All kwhd can be regenerated using timestore feeds so we should be able to get these daily averages back soon when the timestore conversion is complete.
Re: Emoncms values
Hello TrystanLea, thanks for your explanation about this problem.
Now the values are correct!
Thanks again for your support and have a nice day
Bye, Pierantonio.
Re: Emoncms values
Hi Trystan,
I had the same problem (billion of watts produced/consumed on 30th Oct.).
Now, after your fix I have lost the kwhd data of 30th Oct. Is not a big problem, but I've try to "editdaily" the kwhd feeds to input an arbitrary value but "new value" are unavailable.
Moreover, after that, my public dashboard is locked to 30th Oct., shows ever the same values.
You can check it at http://emoncms.org/sergicchio
If I log in into my account dashboard works fine. Weird...
Any ideas?
Thanks in advance.
Sergio
Re: Emoncms values
Hi Trystan, yes from yesterday afternoon the problem is the values if you look a public dashboard, but if you login to your page / dashboard the values are correct as explained by Sergio.
Thank you very much.
Bye
Pierantonio
Re: Emoncms values
Ah, in adding redis to save the last feed time and values rather than mysql i missed adding it to the public feeds function, its now added and the values changed on the public dashboard ok for me.
To fill in the missing day, its a bit fiddly but you need to enter a timestamp for the day you want to create.
The timestamp for the 29th is 1383091200 and the 31st is 1383264000 you can check that its exactly 2x 86400s (where there are 86400s in a day).
Then add 86400 to 1383091200 = 1383177600
place that timestamp in the time box and a new value in the new value box, click ok and it should create it.
Re: Emoncms values
Thank u Trystan, now everything works fine. Emoncms rocks!
Re: Emoncms values
I installed a system with emontx with 2 ctsensor (with raspberry oemgateway). the first sensor is on the photovoltaic line (input 1), the second (input 2) measuring the total consumption of the house (type 1). is also connected to the voltage sensor (input 4). I have defined in the input process to have some calculations: PV watts, watts total house consumption, watts imported, watts exported, watts sel-consumed. The calculated values are correct, I can not, however, to have the correct calculation of kWhday, where I went wrong.
sorry for my bad english, I hope I was clear, greetings
