I'm about to buy an emonTx shield.
As I'll be using SCT-013-030 CTs (I already have a few of 'em) which have an internal burden resistor, I'll need to not install / solder the "33R" resistors, right?

You are correct. Those resistors (across the c.t. secondary) are the burden resistors for the -000 (100 A) version. You should omit them, as your burden resistor is inside the c.t. housing.
