www site broken link ?

At the bottom of http://openenergymonitor.org/emon/guide there is a link to Elster A100C IrDA Meter Reader - the url is http://openenergymonitor.blogspot.co.uk/2012/08/reading-watt-hour-data-from-elster.html

doesn't seem to do anything.

I seem to remember there was a bit about the photo diode. What it a TSL261-R ??
