Never bought anything from the shop before.
I've got 2 items in my basket. I click "Proceed to Checkout".
It comes up Step 1 Billing Details with my billing address details prefilled and I want to ship to same address. I click "Bill & Ship to this address"
The page just returns to Step 1 again.
Cookies and Scripts are enabled for mybigcommerce.com.
Anyone got any hints or tips on how to get further ?

Sorry, but it seems to be OK for me (both as a Guest and as a returning customer). Have you ticked "I also want to ship to this address" ?

Yeah. Thanks. I have ticked that box. Maybe it's something to do with google-analytics.com or ajax.googleapis.com - I never run those scripts.
OK. Just run this on a shared computer - i.e. one I don't care about, and it is ajax.googleapis.com. It moves to step 2 if you allow ajax.googleapis.com to run. I never run these scripts because their stuff just runs lots of scripts from other untrusted sources.
Hmmm. I'm at bit of a loss as to know what to do now. I guess I'll try ordering stuff over the phone on Monday.

Thanks for trying to place an order. Sorry to hear that you're having trouble. You say that it works on another computer, so the issue isn't with the shop. Have you got another computer or web browser you could use to place to order?
If all else fails drop me a PM / email. I can put your order through manually and you could do a direct paypal / bank transfer.
