Hello

I've made a few changes to the forum theme which hopefully improves things a bit.

• The forum title now appears at the top and forum comments have Re: title instead of the first few words of the comment.
• The first post and comments share the same css theme.
• Each post and comment have a box with a border around them.
• I removed the next previous navigation link which appeared below the first post as I think ti looked a bit messy, also not sure of its usefulness?

Have been trying to get the avatar to appear in the first post but no luck yet..
