Struggling with Widgets Feed type or authentication not valid

Hello Everybody,

I am struggling with a few of the widgets on my dashboard. The LED's and Gauges work perfect but I can't for the life of me figure out  what is causing the rest to be out of order. I keep getting a "Feed type or authentication not valid". I am currently logged into the dashboard with admin. Tried searching and haven't found any resolution yet. I am expecting you may need more information. Thanks for your response!

Hello kenazcs

A couple of things to check, are the feed datatype's set on the feeds page? The datatype's should be REALTIME, DAILY or HISTOGRAM. If your logged in and your not seeing the visualisations it should be the datatype.

Did you run the database update? admin tab top right and then db update?

Thank you for your response Trystan. I have tried all three data types and definitely ran database update. Unfortunately, I still have the problem. I wonder if I should try to re-install or if there is something else I should try first? Any ideas are appreciated.

Cant really think of anything certain. Which os and browser are you using? Does anything show up in the browser console? any errors? Probably wont do anything but you could try clearing browser cache..,

I am using a raspberry pi with the newest debian weezy. Have a couple pcs and cell phone with clear catch but no luck still. I have tried IE, Chrome, and Firefox. No errors found. Wondering if a simple file was hosed on the install?

Well worth a try, cant think of anything else. Is everything else working ok: inputs, feeds, input processing? dashboard editor? Maybe try creating a 2nd test user and see if the problem reocurrs there?
