How to program the WiFi MQTT Relay with FTDI?

Hi!!!

I am using a translator, sorry.
I purchased this product. I will charge it the firmware by FTDI , but not how.
Does anyone have a manual step by step?

Hi. I used "NODEMCU" program to charge the oem.v2088.bin firmware. and Wifi MQTT Relay stopped working.

I Used this parameter.

Baudrate 460800

Flash Size 16MByte

Flash speed 80Mhz

SPI Mode QIO

memory direccion 0x10000

some help?
