The emoncms 'My Electric' app was updated in Git on August 28th to include 'cost view', but has a bug which prevents the configuration options from being opened (the wrench). A number of members have noticed this using the app in emoncms v9.
If you have the same issue, you can always roll back to the pre Aug 28th version until it get's fixed (a git issue has been raised).
To roll back to the previous version;
$ cd /var/www/emoncms/Modules/app $ git checkout 99ac28ce58bcccdaabe13862bba200f4d8c1f8f4

Working nicely with a 8.5.2. but i cannot use it because half my feeds are in NaN mode. (what ever it's mean).

Did you git install the app after Aug 28th?
If so, if you click on the spanner to set the app up, does it open into the configuration page?
......half my feeds are in NaN mode - suggests maybe not!
