Off Grid Solar monitoring - Help for what to purchase.

I am piecing all the components to build a simple Solar system at my remote cottage 3 hours from home. Connecting to a cell network and have a camera to monitor the cottage and wildlife. 

Could someone help me determine which emonPi products to purchase? I do not need Grid-Tie features, The system will consist of Panels, Charge Controller, Battery, 120V Inverter and emon Monitoring.

 

I would love to monitor the health of the system;

Voltage / Current information from Battery and Panels.

and Temperature / Humidity.

 

Would love to be steered in a direction! :)

I am moderately sure that most of those things, with the certain exception of the camera, have appeared on these forums at some time, so I think a good search is required.
