Finding the 3.5mm jack socket.

Im trying to purchase the parts for the emon5x v2.2 and have some difficulty finding the correct 3.5mm jack socket. Can anyone indicate to me which one it is with newark or mouser or digikey?

 

I cant find any socket with 5 contact points according to the pcb.

Rapid electronics have changed to part number to 20-0146. It's an identical part from a different supplier.
