Monitoring System Wanted

Hello everyone

I want a tool to remotely monitor 3 phase usage and balance.  If a phase gets out of balance with the others, the supply to a farm in rural France trips out with attendant disruption. I want a tool that allows decisions to be made on how to load the different phases so as to balance demand under different circumstances as well as monitor energy consumption at primarily phase level but possibly circuit level in the farm. 

I am planning on purchasing an open-source energy monitoring system from OpenEnergyMonitor.

I envisage the main components of the system as being:

Sufficient non-invasive clip-on CT electric current sensors 
EmonTx V3 data transmitter (one or more)
RFM12Pi Raspberry Pi Base Station Receiver Board (one or more)

Is anyone interested in undertaking this project?
