Where can I find the release notes of emoncms versions?

I'm using currently emoncms 8.2.4 on my own debian server for test purposes. There is a new beta version available 8.3.5 and I'm wondering where I can read some release notes. Is there any link?

Hello everyone

I would like to do if possible 3 questions.

1 - you can upgrade from version 8.2.8 to version 8.3.5

2- version 8.3.5 is always

3 - the only version also works locally with the router off?
