Password Reset E-mail not arriving

I seem to have mis-remembered my password, but the promised reset password does not come through.

I am assuming I have remembered the right E-mail address as the system has found me with a valid user name, and it does not seem to object to the E-mail address when typed in. (additionally I have a mail from some time ago from robot @ when I must have done the same thing before!).

Any ideas? ... and apologies in advance for the pointless waste of time I am causing with this :-(

Have you checked your spam folder?

Ah ha! There they are. I had been checking my junk folder, but the spam folder was hidden and I hadn't looked there. Sorry for the wasted time, but hopefully this thread may stop any more.
