I have ordered a NaNodeRF from shop.openenergymonitor.org and would like to upgrade it with a microSD card and the DIP SRAM; Can someone please point the correct parts from farnell (they are most convinient for me) to use? I don't want to risk ordering the wrong parts :)
My intention is to work on a project that will allow me to flash a .hex program that is stored on the SD card to the NaNode; I have pretty good idea on how this will work usin Andy's bootloader, but it requires the .hex to be "binarized" and ready in the SRAM - hence the need for those two parts.
That feature will allow me to distribute (or push) updated firmware to remote NaNodes.

Ok I found my answers here: http://sustburbia. blogspot.com/2011/10/latest- on-nanode-rf.html

I've just been to the CoolCompenents and at checkout it shows posting to the UK via Royal Mail First Class is £2.28 - by the time you've added VAT the total comes to £5.82, which is still a lot of money considering the component is only £2.57 plus VAT.
Obviously other countries cost more....

You may want to look at shop.nanode.biz (although they appear to be changing to .eu, and the website isn't working properly at the moment).
They do a "Kit to expand RF" to upgrade the NanodeRF, adding the uSD card socket, RTC, and associated components. £6 + shipping (was only a couple of pounds when I ordered a full kit). Their kit version of the NanodeRF also includes the 8pin SRAM.
