Failed to upgrade emoncms

Hi I tryed to upgrade my aprox 6 month old version (still v3) of emoncms to todays snap shot.

While im trying to log in ii get the following error message:

Fatal error: Call to a member function fetch_array() on a non-object in C:\xampp\htdocs\emon\Includes\db.php on line 50

If i login with the old version and then upgrade, everything seams so  work fine.

Can any one point me in the right direction.

New database migration script has been added to make this easier see: http://openenergymonitor.org/emon/emoncms/upgrading
