Event module not work in ubuntu 12.04lts

Hello everyone and thanks to those who have a say in this issue.

Install emoncms 8.1.1 on ubuntu 12.04lts. Everything works, except for events not updated their status in more than feeds values change.

I tried to install Wamp on windows and events work. But after a few minutes Apache stops responding, but that's another topic.

Inactivity notifications are not working. They also worked on Wamp.

I tried also with NMA and nothing. The NMA if operated in Wamp.

Any tips?
