Emoncms updating very slowly/irregularly

I have 2 nodes both of which were updating properly until sometime yesterday when both slowed down massively and are sometimes not updating for 10 mins or more.

I am assuming because both have slowed that this is an error/fault with Rasberry Pi or with my lan/wan.

How can I troubleshoot this?

The problem was on emoncms.org, it should be solved now.
