it's possible to use EmonTx without an AC-AC Adapter, for example if I put a resistive divider?
anyone think there will be problems with the resistive divider?
Thanks,

Re: EmonTx without AC-AC Adapter
No. You must not make a direct galvanic connection to the mains electricity supply. Doing so will make the entire emonTx "LIVE" and risk immediate and permanent damage to anything you connect to it and expose anyone who touches it to the risk of serious injury or death from electric shock.
You must have the appropriate training, knowledge and experience to work on live electrical equipment. Because you are asking the question, it is clear that you do not have that knowledge or training.
If you intend to save money, what price do you put on your or your family's safety?
