Tooltip: odd time format

Hello!

The tooltips in the graphs are nice, but the time format looks odd.

For example: 09:04:00 is displayed as 9:4:0.

Hello Jurgen, developer fake-name has recently contributed an improved version of the tooltips (currently in dev branch of emoncms) but will be merged through and available on emoncms.org soon too.
