Help on Open Energy Monitor

Hello,
I live in Italy and I need your help on Open Energy Monitor,
because I wanted to make an energy monitoring system with 12 sensors, use Arduino Mega for the sensors and send the data to web emoncms use a platform that connects to the Internet 3G-GPRS. kindly someone could help me?

Thanks for the reply,
I wanted to use Arduino Mega for the sensors and then connect via cable to a platform type Olimex or something similar, easy connection to the Internet via GPRS-3g dongle. I do not need wifi connection of the sensors.
Can anyone help me?
