Moving dashboards from one HDD to another

Hi:

My emoncms configuration (raspberry + HDD) crashed.... I am just wondering (the HDD is fully accessible) if I can rescue the dashboards I've created and move it to the just new installed configuration.

Anybody know how to backup the dashboards created?

They're saved in the mySQL database as a giant text string in the "dashboard" table.

You should be able to extract them from there with a bit of SQL.

I use phpMyAdmin which installs on your Pi and then you access through a web browser such as Chrome. There are instructions available here (and many other places on the net):
