Setting up Pi on hard drive without using RFM12Pi

Hi

I want to set up a new emoncms on a Pi with Hard drive. I want to use this as a server only without the RFM12Pi as I receive data from a remote nanode RF . Is the Raspberry Pi + Harddrive + Emoncms image suitable and if so what steps do I have to take to use the emoncms without the radio?

Hi

Answering my own post I can confirm that the Raspberry Pi + Harddrive + Emoncms image works perfectly as a stand alone server on a Pi that has no RFM12Pi attached.
