Hey Guys,
I have a question and suggestion, I have on a few occasion had to delete some of my feeds which for some unknown reason collected some really random data. These feeds were kWhd feeds, I would then edit the input's to recreate the feeds, this would then create a new feed for the kWhd but would only start capturing from this pint in time. the original log for the incoming data stays intact and is still there, it would be nice if possible to force the feed to rebuild it's self from all available data.
eg.
[log][kWhd] i then delete the [kWhd] and recreate it, at this point it would be good to have the option to reprocess the data from the [log] to rebuild the [kWhd]
I hope that makes sense ?
Re: Back Building kWhd feeds.
Hello Warlock, there are a couple of processed feed types that would be good to have rebuilder's for, it can be done by building a script for it but it doesnt exist yet Im afraid.
If your feeds are timestore feeds though you could use the visualization called timestoredaily which calculated kwhd on the fly from timestore's averaged data.
Re: Back Building kWhd feeds.
Thanks Trystan,
This helps somewhat, I am looking though to repopulate the data so my cost dashboard is correct.
