Rpi and db on hd

Hello,

any body tryied to use Rpi as Emon server with a db on external drive.

I try to follow steps on website http://emoncms.org/site/docs/fullstackpi

but I block on  change entries in init script from

I will try to install raspbebian and follow tuto and try to install mysql on a hd

But any tuto or idea or support is welcom

I believe it has been done, try http://openenergymonitor.org/emon/node/2053 to start with.

I wanna store data in a usb drive but keep all emoncms on rasp.

Maybe some one could explain me what is this line

nano /etc/php5/cli/php.ini

nothing is write to editing it.

I think I could make this installation and after moving db on usb drive.
