Debugging Raspberry Pi issues

Hi

I'm wondering if someone can guide me to debug why the RFM12Pi module does not seem to be working.

The raspberrypi_run.php seems to be running ok.

Emoncms runs fine and seems to be able to save settings to the module and reports that the interface script is up and running

Connecting with minicom, the first time I tried it I was able to press h and some data came back, however now nothing is returned at all. There was a reboot in between. Minicom now shows offline when I run the command "minicom -b 9600 -o -D /dev/ttyAMA0

I am sending data from an emontx which I'm sure works as I used it during the course.

The LED on the RFM12Pi never lights up

Is there any other information that can be useful?

I'm not sure where to go next, can anyone guide me to debug?

Looks like a dead board to me, it should at least light its led for two seconds when powered up.

Which version do you have, v1 or v2?

You could try to re-flash the sketch.

I have v1 I think. I put it together myself and the soldering looks to be good.

I don't think I have the required connector to reflash the sketch. The one I have is 6x1 as used for emonTx but it looks like I need a 3x2 for the pi board
