yes very observant! Im writing a blog about it, will be up tomorrow, it was designed to help testing work on emontx v3. Whether it should be in the master branch of emoncms is debatable, maybe I should create a tools module.

Its available in the vis list, last item in the dropdown, open it using full screen mode
