Which FTDI cable can I use

FTDI cable has two signal levels 3.3v and 5v.

Which cable should I use for upload on emonTX, emonGLCD and emonBase?

I have used only 3.3v cable for all of those modules (TTL-232R-3V3) and it works just fine.

5v or 3.3v will work fine. The cables needs to have a reset line, I think all do. Check pinout matches http://shop.openenergymonitor.com/programmer-usb-to-serial-uart/
