Suitable cable to make a 5M DS18B20

Hi, newbie alert... I have the DS18B20 from the shop but want to extend it to 5m. Is this a suitable cable?

I'm a software guy and am about to attempt to build my first bit of electronics... have ordered some cheapo bits from ebay to practice soldering on before I put together the Solar monitor bundle...

I would try some twisted pair cable. Eg cat5 network cable. I've done this my self and don't seem to have problems. 

Im sure others will be along soon and may offer other advice.

That cable is probably as good as any. Screened might not be a good idea as the extra capacitance may blur the edges of the digital data.
