What is the Differents between emonTX vs. emonTX shield?

The shield does not have a processor, you must also have a separate Arduino board. The emonTx is one unit complete with the processor.

4 CT inputs.
optional DS18B20 onboard

emonTX: (3V3)
3 CT inputs
pulse input
external DS18B20 input.

The DS18B20 can be fitted on-board the emonTx in place of the jack socket.
