I have some 0.33 volt CTs that I'd like to use with this project. What changes would I make to the current sensing circuit? I'm assuming I don't need a the burden resisiter because my output is already in volts.

I am not familiar with that sort of CT sensor. Do you have a datasheet for it?

I see them quite a bit in commerical office building where they submeter the tennants. Here's link to a couple I've seen. I have both of these:

Just looked at the website and datasheet. Yes your correct, you don't need a burden resistor. No other changes to the circuit should be necessary.
