I can not install programs raspberrypi, attach file error

Your raspberrypi cannot see the location of the files it is trying to download.

This is either a problem with the web access of your raspberryPI or a problem on the raspbian.org website. This is not a problem with emoncms.

Try accessing another website from your raspberrypi.

if that works try:

sudo apt-get update

then try again.

You could also try posting a question on the italian raspberrypi forum
