I am trying to setup an energy monitor with the Arduino. But what I'm wondering is what is the maximum data throughput with either just serial output or using the ethernet shield. I have tried to research this, but can't find any definitive information that I can understand. Of course, I'm very new to this too, so hopefully people will be understanding.
