Pi not updating / /var/log/ file system full

Hi

I have the syslog file filling up with requests to update the wifi adaptor on wlan0 ....

My pi is next to the router so it is connected via ethernet.

Any pointers to stop this happening ??.  The emonpi log is not updating because /var/log is full !

What image version are you running ($ sudo ls /boot | grep emonSD)? 

How long has the system been running before the partition filled up? 

A system reboot will fix the issue since the log  partition is stored in memory as tempfs. After reboot run emonpi update.
