Getting help

Folks, when you need help, we're here to help you.

But... The "help staff" at OEM is a small group. Very small. In addition to Trystan and Glyn (the OEM site owners) there are three of us that provide moderation and support on what could be called a full time basis.

There are others (most notably, pb66) who also provide a lot of help here at (Thank you, Paul!)

My point is simply this: If you have an issue of a generic nature, i.e. one not specific to OEM,
do a Google search first. e.g. How do I shut off the Apache access log?

If your issue is OEM specific, use the site search first! The site search uses Google to search and it may find info related to your issue. If you don't find the answer to your question, then by all means, ask!
That's what we're here for.

If you do manage to solve your issue, post that info too! Mark your post as SOLVED so others know a solution exists. (especially when the thread has many posts, and the post containing the solution is not near the top of the thread)
