Document "UNIXTIME" on feed help page - it's in ms not seconds

I got stumped by this until I found and read the code; The reference to UNIXTIME for start and end on the feed API help page doesn't say much. Turns out that this is in milliseconds. "Unix Epoch" time is normally, for those of us from the SA world, in seconds since 1970 etc.
Can the references be updated, maybe calling it UNIXTIMEMS or a note added to the help pages?
