Event Module Alternative?

Hello friends,

I am using emoncms 9.31 version installed on windows 7 and it works fine. I want to get the notification by e-mail or SMS or mobile application or any other method.

I tried to install the Event module and configure it with gmail account and twitter but it doesn't work with me. I tried test button for the email and it work!  Any idea how to rectify the issue? or any alternative method to get the notofication?

I'm afraid emoncms v9 broke event module functionality.

Recommend using Node-RED or mqtt warn. Both ore more flexibile options. Node red is installed by default on latest emonPi image:

Event module functions are available since v9.3 as a new core module eventP, see https://openenergymonitor.org/emon/node/12083
