Hello emonPi team and forum support,
I just bought the emonPi and configured the network connections without trouble. Then I chose to update the firmware and ended up with a display mession "Raspberry Pi Booting...". I logged in via SSH and tried to start the LCD via command line but nothing changed the display.
Did you experience the same problem and what did you do, to fix this problem. I would like to get on with my energy measurements and need your help.
Regards
Ulrich
Re: Solved: frozen emonPi after updating firmware; "Raspberry Pi Booting..."
Hi Ulrich,
Thanks for letting us know.
Issue has been fixed. It was due to a module dependency required for latest features such as displaying 3G GSM dongle signal status on the emonPi LCD when using a USB 3G dongle. Dependency will now be installed during emonPi update process. Please run update again to confirm.
Thanks,

Hi Glyn,
the boot process continues now and runs through.
Great job! Well done!
Thanks to you and your team there.
