Hello every one. I am doing project on Energy monitoring in which I am Using SCT 013-030. I don't know how to find it minimum current detection.

Read the data sheet. 

There is no absolute minimum value, it just gets more and more inaccurate as the current gets lower and lower. If you're doing the last semester of an electrical engineering course, you should read up on your transformer theory, and see how losses in the core influence the output.
