EmonCMS 2016.01.16 Multigraph

Feedback on emonCMS 2016.01.16:

Multigraph doesn't display negative values. Toggling the various lines on/off works as it should.

No issue with negative values on the 2015.12.30 version.

The only change was a "git checkout master"

The straight lines on the 13th-14th were caused by a power outage.
