EmonCMS on Shared Linux Hosting - Failed to create feed model

Hello,

i have this problem: 

I installed EmenCMS it on Shared Linux Hosting ( www.siteground.eu) on my website page but i have this problem "failed to create feed model"  "PHPFina.php|get_meta() meta file does not exist"  the function fopen (..) fail . Also I do not see the menu to create Dashboard on the main menu'.

I created the directory on the main root : phpfina , phpfiwa and phptimeseries  

What is due to this problem ?

It sounds like emoncms cannot locate the feed file's so it may be due to an incorrect configuration, did you follow the notes on shared hosting installation here? https://github.com/emoncms/emoncms/blob/master/docs/SharedLinuxHostingIn...

The dashboards module needs to be installed separately, it can be downloaded and installed from here: https://github.com/emoncms/dashboard
