AM2302/DHT22 feed sent to emoncms

Hi!
I installed the sensor AM2302 / DHT22 port GPIO pin 4 of the RPI. I read the data with ADHT_adafruit.py and everything works properly. How can the script to send data to emoncms? Not have find in the forum posts.
