not possible to scan for wifi..

Hello,

I'm new to EmonCMS.

I have an EmonBase, I flashed the latest image to an SD-card and it is possible to log in to the emonBase by using an 192.168.0.xxx adress. But when I try to scan for applicable wifi, nothing happens. Any idea how to cover this or any recommendations ?

Do you have a USB wifi adapter plugged into the emonBase or emonpi? If so what model?

Oh, I thought this was built in....

of course, the built in wireless transmitter is only to communicate with the emonTx... stupid question from me :-(

Anyway, do I need the wifi-adapter ? there is a wired connection available. I can reach the emonBase with my laptop via the wired connection over a switch.

As I understood it right, I can run the logger in a local mode. Can I change settings so that all data will be stored on my NAS ?
