"My Electric" app shows wrong day of week

I have a strange problem. The app "My electric" shows the wrong day of week for my bars of daily energy consumption. See the attached picture.

This is EmonCMS low-write-v8.5 running locally on my RPI with a RFM69Pi attached. If i run "date" via the console it returns the correct date and week day (tuesday today)

Looking at the EmonHub log it also has the correct date setting.

Any suggestions?

This bug has been sorted in v9, you may wish to update your installation.

Ok, thanks, a bit like I suspected.
Is it safe to upgrade just right away or any precautions?
