My Electric not working

Hi,

 |'m trying to use My Electric but I cannot display anything, the KWh per day is always zero.

I'm using Chrome. Can you please help me?

What processes are being used for the kWh/d feed? can you list them.
What do you see if you view the kWh/d feed from your 'feeds' page?
